Galleries Box Orbs Casting Shadows Chris writes, "This Pic was taken in Aug of 2000 of a 180 Yr old farm house In
Saratoga County NY. Notice the two blobs in the pic casting a shadow on the house. I
have not seen to many like this. It was taken with a Sony FD7 digital camera. Is it digital
flaw or energy casting a shadow??? According to the owners of the house the place is
active at times but usually quiet for the most part. The only touching up is the faces of
    the people in the pic."
Possible falling debris. Archived from "Ghost Study" Circa 2002 Galleries Box Weird Floating Ecto Richard said, "The camera that I used was a Polaroid PDC 640 Digital Camera.
It was taken the evening of September 5th, 2000 at the Triangular Field on the
    Gettysburg Battlefield."
Possible fog/breath/smoke. Archived from "Ghost Web" Circa 2001 Galleries Box Circus Ghost Rose writes "This photo was taken at the Ringling Bros. Circus Museum in
Sarasota, Florida. Notice behind the mannequins there is a small area of light which
appears to be floating in midair. This caught my attention for several reasons: first, no
flash was used and there was no photo frame or object that could have reflected light in
this area; secondly, the only backdrop was a large canvas that was stretched behind the
mannequins, and this had no reflective qualities whatsoever.
Possible reflection/photography error. Archived from "Ghost Study" Circa 2001 Galleries Box Mausoleum Apparition Mary said, "I wish I had found your site months ago when I was searching
other ghost sites and sending my three photo's in and never once, not once, getting a
reply. Then today I found your site and have been on it for the last THREE hours! I have
enjoyed it very much and have learned a lot too. First, let me say these few things: 1,
there was NO smoking during my explorations. Two other people were with me and they
do not smoke. 2nd, I have not altered the pictures in any way. 3rd, My friends are too
scared (LOL!) to be in a cemetery at night so these pictures were taken last spring on a
wonderfully warm and dry day. Lastly, My camera and lense were thoroughly cleaned
    before starting out. "
