Almost every ghost hunter has a story about being touched, grabbed, or yanked.
A tug on the sleeve, a touch on the leg, maybe being grabbed and pulled by the hair. Even
Hellena and I have had these encounters, but something has always bothered me about
    these encounters.
How does one know that they have been touched by an entity? To put it simply, one
doesn't, and there is one more step involved to see if you were in fact touched by
something, possiblys a spirit, that you cannot see.
Whenever I am "touched" by something, I immedietly do what I believe everyone who
has this experience should do. I stop, and try to see if it was something else. A wrinkle in
the fabric of my pants straightening, my hair being pulled by my jacket, et cetera. If I
cannot find a possible explaination, it goes into evidence. If I can replicate the "touch",
    it does not.
And this is what bothers me about other's experiences. I do not discount them, but I
do wonder how many people try to find reasonable explaination when touched. How many
stories are simply a t-shirt's material rubbing against one's arm in an unusual way?
I've just been touched, what could it be? -Folds in clothing flattening out or bulging
-Clothes becoming snagged on something; a nail, cobwebs, ect. -Weather; wind, rain, snow, ect. -Falling debris; ceiling plaster, leaves, ect. Although the phenomenon of being touched by something unseen is almost
undoubtably real, in writing this article, I hope to excourage people to be more mindful in
their experience of being touched by a ghost.
